These terms govern your use of lassoframework.com, operated by LASSO Framework LLC of Gainesville, Florida. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you engage LASSO for services, a separate service agreement governs that engagement and controls where the two conflict.

What the site is for

The site describes LASSO services, publishes educational content, and lets you book a Growth Call, take the Growth Quiz, and request information. Content on the site is general business education, not legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific situation.

Results

Numbers published on this site are real results from real engagements, but they are not a promise. Your results depend on your market, your offer, your team, and your follow through. We will always tell you what we see in your numbers before we tell you what to buy.

Your account and your data

If you become a client, your ad accounts, your pixel, your creative, and your customer data belong to you. We operate them on your behalf under the service agreement, and they stay with you if the engagement ends.

Fees

Service fees are stated in your service agreement or order form before you sign. Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta and Google is separate from LASSO fees and is billed to you directly by those platforms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, scrape it for resale, or use it to send spam. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, the LASSO name, the diagnostic framework, and all content we publish are owned by LASSO Framework LLC or licensed to us. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. You may not republish, resell, or repackage our content without written permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. Client engagements end according to the service agreement, not these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute arising from the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
