5 Tips to Write Emails that CONVERT!

Since Facebook and Instagram marketing started, people are forgetting about EMAIL marketing! This is a great time to utilize your contact list to get more sales and differentiate yourself.

Although you may have an open rate of 20%, if they are still on your email list the truth is they are still interested in your product/service!

When your email pops up they have three choices:
1) Delete it
2) Open it
3) Unsubscribe

If they are doing 1 or 2 they are telling you that they are still at the "maybe" stage and we need to get them to the YES or NO! If they do number 3, even better you do not have to waste your time on them anymore.

5 TIPS TO WRITE EMAILS THAT CONVERT:

  1. Interesting Subject Line: The subject line has to be something that grabs your attention! If it is boring your client will think the email is boring. If you own a fitness facility and your subject line is as follows "How THOR got ripped doing CrossFit!"  Try this on your next email and let me know the open rate!

  2. Give Away Knowledge:  The more you give away the more they will see you as the professional in this space. To steal a quote from GaryVee "The reason I give everything away for free is 99% of the world will never do anything with it, and the 1% was already going to win!" Try to alleviate the pain of your potential client and when they do not take any action you will be their first call.

  3. Make It Relatable : We all love stories. Tell a story that reminds your client of themselves and how you turned that story into a success! If they can relate to your stories they will think, "They get me, they have helped people like me, and they can solve my problem."

  4. Call To Action: If you do not include a strong CTA the potential client might be ready to buy, but does not want to go searching the web. The CTA should be BOOK HERE or BUY NOW, any buttons that are weak such as "learn more" your customers will see this as you do not believe in your own brand. If you are married did you walk up to your spouse and ask,"Would you like to learn more?" NO, they would've thought that was weird. You asked, Would you like to go on a date?"

  5. Email Often: You should be emailing your clients at the minimum two times every week!

We guarantee if you use these five tips you will make a sale. If you do let us know we would love to hear about it!
